Seems the Chinese have a new surveillance weapon in their, arsenal of surveillance weapons, and they have many. Now among the myriads of cameras, and tracking devices. And they have hundreds of thousands if not millions of cameras in China. Chongqing, a city in China that has existed since 316 BC, has some 2.6 million cameras. They are the most surveiled city in the world. Advanced facial recognition assists this massive endeavor, and computers monitor that vast amount of data.

Cameras are being placed in people’s homes according to their credit score in China; outside their apartment doors pointing at them. 

Huawei’s surveillance tech is being bought by police departments around the world, in Kenya they have been installing/installed CCTV in Nairobi, some 1800 cameras in the downtown area.

Huawei cameras in the African Union Headquarters in Ethiopia has been exporting data to Shanghai since its installation. Nigeria’s economic capital Lagos is a Huawei consumer of far too many cameras. Close to 70% of 4G phones across the African continent are Huawei. With upgrading to 5G, Huawei is leading the way.

In Lithuania, people do not seem to want to give up their Huawei smartphones. Europe as a whole has been slow to react to Huawei’s growth. Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan,

Surveillance from space and through western hacked satellites; through their own (Chinese) satellites fired into space, built and designed for such a task, such a purpose. Amid the thousands of satellites fired up there into space on behalf of Chinese companies looking, searching for data. Data is the new oil. And gathering data can, be considered surveillance. American corporations do it constantly.

But they never use balloons, it’s too slow and cumbersome, drifting. always drifting, the only real information gathering a balloon would be useful for is gathering weather data.

But that Chinese balloon floating across Canada and America its not a weather balloon!

The great number of Chinese spies living in the United States, having lived there for decades; the equally if not greater number of American and Canadian professors and scientists and engineers, foreign students in Universities in the United States that are part of China’s Thousand Talents programs (TTP). And are likely information gathering and selling the information, if not outright spying. A program made to measure for each new applicant. Some of the top brains in the tech field, science and engineering are also invited, and tempted with huge amounts of money from that ocean of cash that the TTP holds.

Trips, and sex, and easy access to organ tourism and smart and beautiful lab assistants and tenure at the most prestigious labs available at Chinese universities. China enabling patent violations that are owned by Universities and private companies.

The roughly, seventy-five Confucius Institutes operating at colleges and Universities in the United States? Teaching. The great amount of well needed money supplied to those Universities that host Confucius Institutes, cover inconveniences like lies and mis/disinformation.

China has now added a new weapon, in its surveillance programs and it is the balloon, the big, big white balloon that is cleverly disguised as a weather balloon gathering weather information, but really from the geniuses in North American defense, and NORAD it is surveilling missile sites. And I mean that such an obvious excuse for a weather balloon. To be gathering, of all things weather data. Right?

Look at the many other ways actual weather data can be gathered besides floating high up on the winds. The IPCC have had predictive models to predict weather, along with a great number of other models manned by other numbers of universities elsewhere in the world that are capable of giving second by second results of weather scenarios enacted out and judged as completely probable, maybe, sometimes. Hurricanes tornadoes, snow storms and flood, they seem to know it all.

But a balloon. My god what next!

Of course the Chinese have been doing a lot of things with balloons. A double-balloon enteroscopy now allows analyze of small bowel tumors. And a esophageal balloon helps clinicians to diagnose Esophageal cancer which has a poor prognosis because tumors are asymptomatic until they are finally unresectable. These balloons actually help save lives.

A double balloon catheter, used for induction of labour in Chinese women who have had caesarean section and a likely unfavorable cervix. Now that’s a good use of balloons.

The Hill and the HuffPost both reported almost word for word that during Trump’s time in office, three such weather balloons flew over North America.

The Chinese weather balloons were similar to the one shot down of the coast of South Carolina, if you imagine that? The Russians and the Chinese, what is going on with this guy Trump. Between him and the Russians they are always somewhere in between or involved in these kinds of deals. Right?

The great fear of someone on the ground being hurt by the balloon so that warrants waiting till its off the south Carolina coast and then use a F-22 and a sidewinder missile to deflate it and send it into the ocean. It sure took up a lot of air time, kinda of a slight of hand as the real story was the Ukrainians using chemicals weapons in Bakhmut.

With Ukraine losing the region in Bakhmut and surrounding areas, the Ukrainian forces are using chemical weapons in the Donbass.

Drones and spraying containers were found early back last year in the spring, at the start of the SMO (Special Military Operation), were Ukrainian forces were quick to abandon their positions held and left hordes of ammunition and materiel supplies. Russian soldiers found specially designed drones and containers for holding liquid in one such horde. It was then that the Donbass forces began their reporting of those weapons. But no one is listening or cares.

The Russian military displayed GJI Agras T30 unmanned aerial vehicles they found in Mariupol, along with personal protection gear and gas masks, these were delivered to Kiev with the military help of the German and Czech Republic. These drones are designed for agricultural application with the sprayer equipment and camera and navigation onboard, even if they were using farm chemicals, these can be greatly hazardous to human health, and will cause the illnesses described. Farm chemicals can cause severe illness and even death as they are extremely toxic if not properly handled and used as directed. But that’s not what these are for…

Ukraine has been a country with many American funded biolabs (30 Biological Laboratories in Ukraine), and the American government has openly admitted to this, after the initial denial by Victoria “Fuck the EU” Nuland in the beginning of the Special Military Operation (SMO).

The German prosecutor General Peter Frank in an interview with Die Welt on February 4th on Russian involvement in the Nord Stream sabotage of the pipeline was a negative, there is no evidence for Russian involvement. And the Americans blamed Russia for that. And now claim that there is no evidence of chemical attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

But the pipeline was sabotage in keeping with the words “…there will be no Nord Stream”

A Ukrainian Commander of a separate tactical air reconnaissance group has admitted openly to the use of chemical munitions and to the stock piles of chemicals weapons they possess. Gas grenades which are dropped on unsuspecting Russian troops.

DPR head Denis Pushilin informed by his advisor Yan Gagin that troops had been experiencing poisoning with chemical weapons as early as February 23rd 2022. Causing dizziness, nausea and vomiting. DPR soldiers experience coughing, convulsions.

“As a result, servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces are experiencing a deterioration in their health and characteristic symptoms of poisoning,”

Todays press released by Pushilin added that the Ukrainian forces have been using chemical weapons for about three weeks. Russian soldiers have been experiencing similar symptoms along with coughing, and choking. Special containers are being fitted on drones as well.

And phosgene is used to make plastics and of all things pesticides and other agricultural chemicals. It appears vivid white and a yellow cloud, sometimes colorless, depending on the admixture. Its military designation is “CG”

This incident and Ukraine’s involvement in Biolabs creating bioweapons funded by the US and the need to keep that fact from gaining any traction keeps the Americans blaming the Russians for setting a possible prelude for a false flag.

But yet Madyar Commander of a separate tactical air reconnaissance group is openly stating in a recent video that they have chemical weapons and are using them, the video shows munition keep in a freezers as this alone points to the use of Phosgene gas, which must be kept at very low temperatures to keep the liquid from returning to a gaseous state.
